1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using Convosphere.ai, you agree to be bound by these terms, our privacy policy, and any referenced agreements. If you are using the services on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.

2. Service access

  • We provide hosted software to build and operate AI assistants and workflows.
  • You must maintain the security of your workspace credentials and integrations.
  • We may update or modify the services with new features or improvements.

3. Customer responsibilities

  • Ensure data provided to the platform is lawful, accurate, and properly licensed.
  • Configure guardrails and human escalations appropriate for your use cases.
  • Comply with all applicable laws, including privacy, security, and communication rules.

4. Payment & Subscription

Paid plans are billed per the pricing page or your order form. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. Downgrades or cancellations take effect at the next billing cycle.

5. Intellectual property

We retain ownership of the platform, documentation, and underlying IP. You retain ownership of your data and custom assets. Limited licenses are granted solely to deliver the services.

6. Disclaimers

Convosphere.ai is provided “as is”. We do not guarantee error-free operation or outcomes. Liability is limited to the fees paid in the preceding 12 months.
